About

My name is Greg Stegeman, and I founded G2 Insight on the following three beliefs:

  • Human beings are dynamic, with varied talents, skills, and passions.
  • Tapping into each of these allows us to maximize our potential, and live as the fullest version of ourselves.
  • Success and fulfillment are about turning our potential into reality.

Since college, I’ve taken on a lot of roles. Program administrator, instructor, mentor, coach, student, special education assistant, program founder, leader, college counselor, consultant, writer, entrepreneur, fundraiser, event planner, recruiter, advertiser, operations specialist, parent, and spouse. I like it all. I enjoy helping individuals and small teams take their performance to the next level. I like solving high-level problems at the organizational level. I enjoy creating content to better inform or inspire people. I love being a parent and husband. I also like to preserve my ability to move freely from one to the next. Because I’m not just one or the other. I’m all. Too often, at least professionally, we’re forced to choose. Well, I reject that choice. So, I founded G2 Insight!

Thanks for visiting. If I can help you, your student, or your organization get to the next level, let’s connect. To learn more about my background and experience, please read on!
